Join us online to ask questions and provide comments about an application to rezone 1890 SW Marine Dr from RS-1 (Residential) to CD-1 (Comprehensive Development).

The proposal is to allow for the development of 16 townhouses and consists of 28 secured market rental units, 24 underground parking stalls and 68 bicycle spaces.
